Michigan offers Georgia guard

Michigan became the latest Power 5 program to offer Stockbridge, Ga., offensive guard James Ohonba.

The 6-foot-4, 320-pounder reported the offer on Twitter:
Alabama, Clemson, Florida, Georgia, Louisville, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Tennessee, Virginia Tech and a host of others already had offered the lineman.

A guard/tackle in high school, Ohonba projects as a guard at the next level. His size, power and balance are well suited for playing inside, although he has the athletic ability to scoot outside in a pinch.

He also plays defensive tackle at Woodland High.
