Class of 2019 linebacker Shammond Cooper has emerged as one of the top prospects at his position after landing his first SEC offer last week and picking up one from Notre Dame on Monday.

As a sophomore, the 6-foot-2, 190-pounder from Trinity Catholic High School in St. Louis, recorded 140 tackles, four sacks and picked off a pass on his way to being named all-state.
Illinois, Iowa State, Mississippi, Oklahoma and Syracuse are among his other offers.
